Fractional Chief Medical Officer (CMO)

Allia Health Group is the parent organisation behind Southend Pharmacy, Brello Health, and Woven, with a mission to make anti-ageing and wellness solutions affordable and accessible. The Fractional CMO will own the clinical operating model across subsidiaries, setting standards of care in men's health, women's health, and longevity while maintaining regulatory compliance and patient safety in a telehealth-native environment.

This part-time engagement runs 10 to 20 hours per week and requires a licensed US physician with senior clinical leadership experience. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Legal teams, and will serve as the executive owner of clinical product strategy for the in-house EHR and clinical tooling.

• Define clinical vision and standards of care across men's health, women's health, and longevity programmes
• Establish governance frameworks and clinical decision rights across Allia Care and its subsidiaries
• Own the clinical operating model, including coverage models, clinician supply and demand planning, and operational KPIs
• Build and manage a telehealth-native quality and patient safety programme
• Lead clinician recruitment, training, performance management, and supervision
• Maintain safe prescriber-to-pharmacy workflows and clinical compliance in partnership with Legal and Compliance

• MD or DO from an accredited institution with an active, unrestricted US medical licence
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, OB/GYN, Urology, or a related specialty
• 10 or more years of clinical experience, including at least 5 years in senior clinical leadership such as Medical Director, VP Medical Affairs, or CMO
• Demonstrated experience leading clinical operations and patient safety programmes within a telehealth or tech-enabled care setting
• Strong working knowledge of US healthcare regulations including HIPAA, state medical board requirements, and prescribing compliance
• Experience with EHR systems and clinical technology platforms, and the ability to partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams
