- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategy across all channels
- Manage budget planning, allocation and performance tracking against growth targets
- Oversee paid, organic, CRM, SEO, partnerships and content channels
- Lead internal marketing team and external agencies
- Execute product launches and campaign planning
- Report directly to founders and senior stakeholders
- Senior marketing leadership experience in D2C or ecommerce environments
- Proven track record scaling brands at $25M+ revenue
- Strong commercial understanding of CAC, LTV and growth metrics
- Experience leading teams and managing external agencies
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, lean environments
- Confidence working closely with founders and making strategic decisions
