A successful engagement typically results in clear marketing strategy and GTM plan aligned with business goals, defined ICP and positioning, scalable pipeline generation with measurable KPIs, improved funnel conversion and marketing ROI, and strong brand positioning with content strategy.
- Advise founders and leadership teams on overall marketing strategy, positioning, and go-to-market approach
- Build and optimise demand generation engine across digital, outbound, partnerships, and events
- Develop and refine brand narrative, messaging, and content strategy for consistency
- Lead digital channels including SEO, paid media, email marketing, and marketing automation
- Establish marketing KPIs, dashboards, and operating cadence for accountability
- Support product launches, pricing, packaging, and competitive positioning
- Former or current CMO, VP Marketing, Head of Growth, or senior marketing leader
- Experience working with startups, SMEs, or growth-stage companies
- Strong background in demand generation, brand strategy, and growth marketing
- Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or services business models preferred
- Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth
- Ability to work closely with founders and executive teams
