Allia Health Group seeks a Fractional Chief Medical Officer to establish clinical vision and standards across men's health, women's health, and longevity services. You'll develop clinical governance frameworks and operating systems including coverage models and clinician workforce planning.

- Set clinical vision and standards of care across health verticals
- Establish clinical decision rights and governance mechanisms
- Own clinical operating system including coverage models and KPI planning
- Design safety-first guardrails to maintain quality during growth
- Build telehealth-native quality and patient safety programmes
- Lead high-performing clinician organisation including recruitment and training
- MD or DO from accredited institution with active US medical licence
- Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, OB/GYN, Urology, or related specialty
- 10+ years clinical experience including 5+ years senior clinical leadership
- Proven experience leading clinical operations in telehealth environment
- Experience with US healthcare regulations and telehealth compliance
- Cross-functional partnership experience with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams
