Chief Executive Advisor

The Chief Executive Advisor will work closely with the CEO and executive team at Aktiv Medical Systems Inc. to provide high-level strategic guidance across business growth, operational efficiency, and corporate governance. The role spans market analysis, financial performance review, risk identification, and stakeholder communication, with the flexibility of a part-time commitment of 10 to 20 hours per week.

This is a senior advisory engagement suited to an experienced executive or consultant who can operate with discretion, influence leadership decisions, and help shape long-term business direction within the health technology and medical systems sector.

• Advise the CEO and executive leadership on strategic planning and key business initiatives.
• Analyse market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging growth opportunities.
• Provide recommendations on organisational structure and operational performance.
• Evaluate financial performance and support informed decision-making at leadership level.
• Identify business risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Monitor KPIs and deliver strategic insights to support continuous improvement.

• Extensive experience in senior leadership, consulting, or executive advisory roles.
• Strong strategic planning and business analysis capabilities.
• Solid financial and operational acumen with proven executive influence.
• Experience advising C-suite executives or board members preferred.
• Knowledge of corporate governance and organisational development principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
