Fractional CFO

Third Road Management seeks a Fractional CFO to oversee financial strategy, planning, analysis, compliance, and banking relationships for multiple clients. You'll work with business leadership to guide financial operations and strategy, providing expert financial guidance to help organisations scale sustainably.

This role involves managing multiple client relationships whilst delivering comprehensive financial services including strategic planning, audit coordination, and performance measurement. You'll be responsible for creating growth plans and ensuring robust financial reporting across all client engagements.

• Build strong relationships with clients and existing teams
• Provide innovative financial strategies and execute implementation plans
• Lead accounting teams and maintain responsibility for clear, timely financial reporting
• Create, measure and report key performance indicators across business segments
• Advise clients on strategic and operational matters for sustainable growth
• Build 1, 3 and 5 year strategic growth plans

• Strong, multi-faceted background in finance and management
• Experience with financial planning and analysis
• Knowledge of compliance and audit management
• Ability to provide direction across multiple business disciplines
• Experience with investment analysis for capital expenditures and acquisitions
• Competency in monthly and quarterly close processes
