Plutus Health Inc. is seeking a Fractional CFO to provide strategic financial leadership and oversee financial operations within a growing Revenue Cycle Management business, committing 10 to 20 hours per week.
Plutus Health Inc. is a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services provider focused on improving financial outcomes for healthcare organisations. As the business grows, they require a Fractional CFO to join the executive team and provide hands-on financial leadership across strategy, operations, and compliance.
The Fractional CFO will direct all financial departments, lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and advise the CEO on key business decisions. The ideal candidate brings significant experience in financial management within the healthcare or RCM sector and is comfortable operating at C-suite level on a part-time basis.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals, providing recommendations to the CEO and executive team
- Oversee all financial departments including accounting, reimbursement, and utilisation review
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes and manage annual budget preparation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and oversee submission of payroll tax reports and third-party payer cost reports
- Analyse financial performance metrics to identify cost reduction opportunities and revenue enhancement initiatives
- Support the CEO in developing operational and capital plans, including resource availability and productivity assessments
- Extensive experience in financial management, ideally within the healthcare or RCM sector
- Proven track record in financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting at a senior or C-suite level
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory compliance and financial reporting requirements
- Ability to lead and mentor a finance team while operating on a part-time fractional basis
- Experience reviewing contracts, purchase agreements, and financial arrangements
- Availability to commit 10 to 20 hours per week on an ongoing basis
