The Fractional CFO will partner with leadership to provide strategic financial direction for a natural health manufacturing business. This evaluate-and-build role focuses on enhancing financial visibility, streamlining processes, and supporting data-driven decisions across sales, marketing, and distribution operations.
Key focus areas include developing scalable budgeting and forecasting systems, optimising cash flow and working capital, supporting pricing and margin strategy, and navigating multi-channel distribution complexity. The role requires a hands-on approach to move initiatives forward in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Improve financial visibility and reporting across manufacturing operations
- Build and manage scalable budgeting and forecasting processes
- Support pricing, margin, and channel strategy development
- Optimise cash flow and working capital management
- Provide strategic insight to guide business growth decisions
- Evaluate resources and recommend operational improvements
- 10+ years experience as CFO or senior finance leader in CPG manufacturing
- Deep understanding of cost accounting and supply chain finance
- Prior Fractional CFO experience in manufacturing sector required
- Multi-company experience essential
- Experience with ERP systems including NetSuite and QuickBooks
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA or MBA preferred
