- Serve as acting CFO for multiple construction and skilled trades clients
- Lead monthly and quarterly financial review meetings with business owners
- Develop and monitor annual budgets and rolling forecasts
- Perform WIP calculations and analyse construction-specific financial metrics
- Coach leadership teams on financial literacy and decision-making
- Create actionable insights from financial data and KPI reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 8-10 years progressive finance experience in construction industry
- 5-10 years senior financial leadership experience as CFO
- Expert-level experience with WIP calculations and construction job costing
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office suite
- Strong experience with QuickBooks and construction ERP systems
