Interim CFO | Fast Growing Business | Immediate Start

This hands-on leadership role involves stepping into an established manufacturing business and taking ownership of the finance function. You'll drive significant improvements across systems, reporting, controls and financial governance whilst supporting the leadership team through a critical growth phase.

The position offers the opportunity to lead ERP implementation, strengthen governance frameworks, and mentor the Operations Manager and broader leadership team. This is a six-month initial engagement based in Melbourne CBD with potential for extension.

• Lead ERP implementation and integration to improve financial systems and reporting efficiency
• Oversee comprehensive month-end reporting across P&L, WIP, intercompany and cash flow
• Strengthen internal controls and governance frameworks for compliance requirements
• Drive budgeting and forecasting to deliver commercial insights for leadership decisions
• Mentor Operations Manager and leadership team to build financial capability
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, audit and regulatory requirements

• Proven CFO experience in manufacturing, asset-heavy or industrial environments
• Track record operating in fast-moving, ambiguous conditions where structure is developing
• Board-level engagement and institutional investor reporting experience
• Experience with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
• Full Australian work rights required with immediate availability
• Strong mentoring and leadership development capabilities
