Fractional Chief Financial Officer - Credit Funds

• Oversee fund accounting, management company accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management for credit-focused clients
• Audit existing finance and operations functions and identify process improvements using appropriate technology and automation
• Reduce key-person risk and manual workload while maintaining investor-grade documentation and SEC auditability
• Build and scale finance infrastructure to support credit managers through significant AUM growth phases
• Work with fund administrators to improve data pipelines and reconciliation processes across complex, multi-asset credit strategies
• Advise on tools and talent requirements to support ongoing operational growth

• Deep credit background including restructurings, corporate actions, special situations, and distressed debt
• Hands-on proficiency with Bloomberg AIM as an order management system and book of record
• Strong working knowledge of derivative instruments including swaps, forwards, cleared products, and credit default swaps
• Prior senior finance leadership experience within a credit-focused hedge fund, private equity firm, or family office, at CFO, Head of Finance, or Controller level
• Demonstrated track record of building scalable finance functions and improving operational processes
• Familiarity with emerging markets debt, bank loans, and portfolio reconciliation automation tools is advantageous
