Fractional Chief Financial Officer

The role involves serving as a fractional CFO and trusted financial executive for multiple clients across various industries. You'll provide executive-level financial leadership by attending leadership meetings, advising on capital strategy, and presenting financial insights to Boards and C-Suite stakeholders. The position requires overseeing financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP, managing month-end and year-end close processes, leading budgeting and cash flow forecasting, and supporting M&A transaction accounting.

This high-impact role combines technical accounting expertise with strategic advisory capabilities, requiring someone who can advise CEOs on growth strategy whilst driving process improvements across client engagements.

• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong relationships grounded in technical credibility
• Attend leadership meetings, board sessions, and strategic planning processes to provide CFO-level guidance
• Present financial results and recommendations to Boards of Directors and C-Suite executives
• Manage accounting operations including preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes across client portfolio
• Develop and analyse financial statements, management dashboards, and KPI reports tailored to each client's industry

• Strong technical accounting background with deep understanding of U.S. GAAP
• Executive-level financial leadership experience serving as CFO or senior finance role
• Experience presenting to Boards of Directors and C-Suite stakeholders
• Background in advisory services or fractional executive roles preferred
• Expertise in financial modelling, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting
• Experience across multiple industries including hospitality, construction, real estate, or professional services
