Interim Chief Executive Officer

• Lead and administer all hospital departments to achieve operational and financial objectives
• Manage medical staff relations and support workforce development initiatives
• Oversee public relations and represent the organisation to community and government stakeholders
• Negotiate improvements to hospital infrastructure, equipment, and service capabilities
• Evaluate statistical and financial data to guide planning and budget decisions
• Coordinate activities across clinical and non-clinical departments to ensure service quality

• MHA, MBA, or Masters degree in hospital or healthcare administration, or equivalent experience
• Minimum five years of progressive senior executive experience in healthcare administration
• Strong knowledge of hospital organisation, regulatory standards, and public administration principles
• Demonstrated ability to lead professional and non-professional teams across complex organisations
• Effective written and verbal communication skills suited to board-level and community engagement
• CPA qualification is desirable but not required
