Your expertise will drive AI adoption across investment operations, research enhancement, and workflow automation. You'll partner with leadership teams to develop implementation roadmaps and execute high-impact AI use cases that deliver measurable business results.

• Assess and implement AI initiatives across investment, operational, and business functions
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI for workflow automation and research enhancement
• Develop AI strategy, governance frameworks, and implementation roadmaps
• Partner with leadership teams to prioritise and execute high-impact AI use cases
• Evaluate AI tools, vendors, and emerging technologies for alternative investment firms
• Drive organisational adoption and cross-functional AI enablement initiatives

• Prior experience leading AI or digital transformation initiatives in financial services
• Deep understanding of AI technologies and automation tools
• Proven track record executing technology initiatives with measurable business impact
• Experience with alternative investments, hedge funds, or private equity preferred
• Strong change management and organisational adoption capabilities
• Strategic thinking combined with hands-on implementation experience
