Fractional Associate Director, Global Membership & Business Development
Lead global student recruitment events and membership growth for an education technology company, managing international stakeholders and driving revenue outcomes.
E3n seeks a contract professional to execute and grow its global membership and student recruitment event portfolio. This project-based engagement focuses on driving revenue, managing complex international events, and strengthening engagement with schools, agents, and global partners.
The role spans three core areas: global event execution and operations, revenue generation and membership growth, and stakeholder engagement across multiple international markets. You'll serve as the primary contact for participating schools, agents, and partners whilst managing end-to-end event delivery.
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of global student recruitment fairs and agent events
- Coordinate logistics across multiple international locations including venues, vendors, and travel arrangements
- Drive participation and revenue across assigned events to meet capacity and revenue targets
- Manage stakeholder relationships with schools, agents, partners, and institutional organisations
- Oversee high-volume meeting scheduling and execution between event participants
- Provide market insights and feedback to inform growth strategy and expansion opportunities
- Demonstrated experience working with agents, families, or institutions within international school markets
- Experience in closely related international education environments
- Proven ability to manage complex international events and logistics coordination
- Strong stakeholder management skills across diverse global audiences
- Experience with CRM and event platforms such as Salesforce or Swoogo
- Track record of achieving participation and revenue targets in education or events sector
