Recruiting Coordinator (Contract)

Join Vercel's talent acquisition team as a Recruiting Coordinator on a contract basis with potential for permanent hire. This hybrid role requires working from San Francisco or New York offices 2-3 times weekly, particularly during executive interviews to provide exceptional candidate experience.

You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers and the recruiting team to ensure smooth, efficient recruitment processes. The position involves coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate communications, and utilising recruiting software including Gem and Greenhouse to track progress and support both candidates and internal teams.

• Collaborate with hiring teams to understand recruiting needs and priorities
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process
• Utilise recruiting software including Gem Scheduling and Greenhouse for tracking
• Assist in preparing job descriptions and postings for clarity and appeal
• Support screening and reviewing of candidate applications when needed

• Based in SF or NYC area with ability to work in office 2-3 times weekly
• Minimum 2 years experience as Recruiting Coordinator or similar role
• Previous experience in SaaS or tech startup environment highly preferred
• Proficient with recruiting software, particularly Greenhouse
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build stakeholder relationships
• Exceptional organisational skills with keen attention to detail
