Build and lead founding sales team for workforce intelligence platform, supporting founder-led sales motion from 10-20 hours weekly.
Reflow seeks a Fractional Head of Sales to establish and scale their founding sales team whilst supporting a founder-led sales approach. You'll own the complete go-to-market engine including strategy and execution. This role involves building sales infrastructure from the ground up for a workforce intelligence platform that helps teams understand and optimise work processes.
Partners respond enthusiastically to initial demos, creating a foundation for repeatable growth. You'll work closely with the founder/CEO to transform early traction into systematic revenue generation through strategic team building and process development.
- Oversee AE hiring process and define ideal founding AE profiles for the startup
- Build comprehensive AE onboarding plans with 30/60/90 day goals and KPIs
- Coach account executives through call reviews and ongoing feedback sessions
- Define revenue targets and develop corresponding hiring plans
- Build sales processes and select appropriate software tooling
- Act as strategic thought partner to founder/CEO throughout sales development
- CRO or VP Sales experience at SaaS startups with proven growth track record
- Mid-market or enterprise SaaS sales experience with ACVs of $50K-$100K+
- Significant management experience hiring founding AEs and coaching teams
- Comfortable working hourly basis with efficient time tracking
- Based in USA or Canada
- Experience setting ambitious targets and achieving them consistently
