Chief Executive Advisor, Operational Excellence

This is a senior advisory engagement for an experienced executive who can help a scaling organisation improve both leadership effectiveness and operational performance. Working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team, you will support stronger decision-making, better cross-functional alignment, and more consistent execution across the business.

The role bridges executive coaching with operational improvement, helping leaders move from strategic ambition to disciplined, day-to-day execution. It requires credibility with senior stakeholders, a practical approach to organisational challenge, and experience translating strategy into measurable operational outcomes. This is not a CEO appointment - it is a focused advisory position within an existing executive structure.

• Provide one-to-one coaching and structured guidance to senior leaders and executive stakeholders
• Advise the CEO and leadership team on operational excellence priorities to improve efficiency, alignment, and sustainable growth
• Support leadership teams in strengthening collaboration, decision-making, and overall team effectiveness
• Identify opportunities to reduce operational friction and support better process and strategic execution
• Contribute insight on talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives
• Foster cross-functional partnerships that support both business performance and a high-performing organisational culture

• Prior experience in VP, C-suite, or equivalent senior leadership roles
• Demonstrated background in executive coaching or senior stakeholder advisory work
• Proven track record leading operational improvement initiatives in complex organisations
• Ability to bridge strategic thinking with practical, day-to-day execution support
• Experience supporting organisational change, cross-functional alignment, or leadership development
• Comfort operating in a part-time advisory capacity within an existing executive structure
