Job Details

The client is a consumer healthcare and eCommerce organisation that has recently launched a direct-to-consumer telehealth brand focused on weight loss and GLP-1 services, with plans to expand into hormone replacement therapy and additional healthcare offerings. The incoming Fractional Director of Marketing will act as the primary GTM lead for this business unit, serving as a strategic partner to executive leadership while building the processes and cross-functional alignment needed to scale.

This is a hands-on, senior leadership engagement for someone with proven experience building and scaling GTM programmes within a telehealth or D2C healthcare environment. The engagement is structured as a 3-month contract at 10 to 20 hours per week, fully remote, with EST business hours required and potential for extension.

Job Responsibilities
  • Own and evolve the go-to-market strategy for the telehealth business unit.
  • Partner with executive leadership as a senior strategic marketing adviser.
  • Build scalable marketing processes, operating rhythms, and frameworks from the ground up.
  • Drive alignment across marketing, product, growth, retention, eCommerce, and creative teams.
  • Evaluate and optimise acquisition, conversion, retention, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Improve the end-to-end patient journey and overall customer experience.
Job Requirments
  • Direct telehealth marketing experience, with a track record of building and executing D2C healthcare GTM strategies.
  • Director-level or higher marketing leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of acquisition, conversion, retention, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.
  • Experience establishing marketing processes, frameworks, and operating models within matrixed organisations.
  • Deep understanding of consumer healthcare and the patient experience.
