JobHire.AI is seeking a data-driven Fractional CMO to rebuild their marketing operations with a focus on measurable, predictable growth. You'll implement predictive unit economics as the foundation for budget decisions and establish comprehensive funnel metrics from creative to activation.
This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution to deliver clear results within the first 30-60 days. You'll standardise experimentation processes, fix attribution gaps, and manage spend across Google, Meta and other channels through ROI modelling.
- Develop growth marketing strategy and implement predictive channel-level unit economics
- Establish end-to-end funnel metrics covering creative, product, market and monetisation
- Maintain weekly transparency through dashboards and test status reporting
- Standardise experiments with clear metrics, budgets and kill criteria
- Audit attribution stack and create plan to achieve 85%+ coverage
- Manage advertising spend across multiple channels using predictive ROI models
- Proven B2C subscription scaling experience with MRR growth accountability
- Strategic and hands-on approach with ad platform and data expertise
- Technical knowledge of events, pixels, data pipelines and attribution stacks
