Following an internal evaluation by their long-standing IT Director, the organisation seeks independent external validation and strategic guidance.
The engagement spans early summer through early fall, with flexible structure and potential for increased involvement during critical phases. This advisory role supports executive leadership through organisational change while ensuring operational continuity.
- Validate IT risk posture and operational readiness independently
- Identify gaps between current environment and FQHC IT best practices
- Guide IT leadership structure design and role development
- Support IT leadership recruitment and candidate evaluation processes
- Provide advisory support throughout the leadership transition
- Translate technical issues into clear executive-level guidance
- Former or current FQHC / Community Health Center IT executive experience
- Senior healthcare IT leadership experience at CIO or Director level
- Strong understanding of healthcare cybersecurity and compliance
- Experience supporting IT organisational transitions and executive hiring
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to executive audiences
