Executive Partner, Chief Human Resources Officer - Advisory and Counsel
Gartner seeks an experienced CHRO to serve as an Executive Partner, providing strategic advisory and coaching services to senior HR leaders across diverse industries and business models.
Gartner's Executive Partner programme pairs seasoned HR executives with CHRO-level members who are navigating rapid organisational change, shifting business models, and evolving workforce expectations. As an Executive Partner, you will coach and advise approximately 20 CHRO clients, helping them assess required organisational changes and execute critical HR initiatives with greater confidence and speed.
The role spans the full member lifecycle, from pre-sale engagement through to renewal, and includes hosting strategy workshops, roundtables, and webinars. Partners develop customised value plans for each member, facilitate peer collaboration through the Gartner for CHRO community portal, and support regional growth by contributing to prospect cultivation and account development activities.
- Provide executive advisory services to approximately 20 CHRO members across varied industries and business models.
- Collaborate with Client Managers and Account Executives across all phases of the member lifecycle, including onboarding, delivery, and renewal.
- Support member retention and regional growth through direct involvement in prospect cultivation and value demonstration activities.
- Host and participate in member-facing events such as strategy workshops, roundtables, and webinars.
- Develop customised value plans by assessing individual member needs and aligning them with programme deliverables.
- Facilitate peer connections and engagement through the Gartner for CHRO member community portal.
- Minimum 5 years of experience operating as a CHRO, with 15 or more years in HR overall.
- Undergraduate or postgraduate degree preferred.
- Deep understanding of the CHRO function, including leadership, operations, strategy, metrics, and workforce trends.
- Demonstrated ability to align HR strategy with broader business objectives at C-suite and board level.
- Experience advising or influencing diverse stakeholders including executive teams and boards of directors.
- Strong coaching, communication, and relationship management capabilities.
