Respiris is seeking an experienced Founding Partner to establish and grow local markets for their modern outplacement services. This role combines relationship building with direct coaching delivery, targeting senior HR executives, founders, and decision-makers who need workforce transition support.
The position involves developing a local network, positioning Respiris as a trusted partner for career transitions, and delivering structured coaching engagements over three-month cycles. Partners work directly with the founder on market activation and use AI-enabled tools to enhance coaching quality and execution.
- Build and activate local market within existing professional network
- Develop relationships with CHROs, Heads of People, CFOs, and senior executives
- Position Respiris as trusted partner for outplacement and transition support
- Generate introductions, referrals, and partnerships that convert to revenue
- Deliver structured coaching to individuals navigating career transitions
- Facilitate three-month engagement cycles with 10 sessions per client
- Experience as Head of HR, HRBP, recruiter, advisor, or operator
- Generated at least $50,000 revenue under own EIN (required)
- Proven ability to build and manage client relationships
- Trusted by senior decision-makers in target market
- Comfortable navigating sensitive employee transition situations
- Highly relational and commercially minded approach
