Altfest Personal Wealth Management seeks an experienced Chief Revenue Officer to drive the firm's revenue engine. This role is designed for a senior commercial leader with deep experience in professional services or wealth management who can work closely with leadership and sales teams to refine growth strategy, improve conversion and client acquisition processes, and ensure business development efforts are scalable and repeatable.
The position requires alignment with fiduciary values and client-first culture while establishing clear revenue goals, KPIs, and accountability frameworks. You'll serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership on organic growth initiatives with a monthly retainer starting at $5,000.
- Define and execute cohesive revenue growth strategy aligned with long-term vision

- Standardise and document business development processes

- Experience within wealth management, financial advisory, or professional services
- Strong understanding of fiduciary advisory models
