- Assess and implement AI initiatives across investment, operational, and business functions
- Identify opportunities for AI-driven workflow automation and research enhancement
- Develop comprehensive AI strategy, governance frameworks, and implementation roadmaps
- Partner with leadership teams to prioritise and execute high-impact AI use cases
- Evaluate AI tools, vendors, and emerging technologies for alternative investment applications
- Drive organisational adoption through change management and cross-functional enablement
- Prior experience leading AI, digital transformation, or technology strategy initiatives in financial services
- Deep understanding of AI technologies, automation tools, and implementation strategies
- Proven track record executing transformation initiatives with measurable business impact
- Experience working with alternative investment firms, hedge funds, or private equity preferred
