Fractional CMO

The Underwood Law Firm seeks a results-driven fractional Chief Marketing Officer with expertise in digital advertising, lead generation, and performance analytics. The position requires hands-on oversight of paid advertising across multiple platforms, brand management, web development, and client journey optimisation. You'll directly manage in-house staff while ensuring seamless conversion-focused experiences across all acquisition flows and touchpoints.

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels
• Oversee performance analytics and KPI reporting including conversion rates, ROI, and customer acquisition cost
• Manage paid advertising across AdRoll, Meta, PPC, CPA, GMB, and OTT platforms
• Direct in-house assistant and provide guidance across projects and campaigns
• Own landing page conversion strategy and web development maintenance
• Conduct competitor research and industry trend analysis to identify growth opportunities

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in legal or professional services marketing with proven success
• Deep understanding of legal industry, practice areas, ethics, and compliance considerations
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools including CRMs, SEO, and social media platforms
• Data-driven mindset with experience analysing KPIs and improving ROI metrics
• Strong project management skills with ability to prioritise competing tasks
