JobHire.AI is seeking a strategic and hands-on CMO to restart their marketing approach with measurable, manageable systems. The role focuses on implementing predictive unit economics and establishing fast growth processes where hypotheses, tests, and decisions are streamlined across market fit, channels, and monetisation.
This is a contract, part-time position with possibility to transition to full-time. You'll need to deliver clear results within the first 30-60 days, working with a profitable, fast-growing company that helps job seekers land interviews through AI automation.
- Develop growth marketing strategy and implement predictive channel-level unit economics
- Establish end-to-end funnel metrics from creative execution to user activation
- Maintain weekly transparency through dashboards, test status updates, and next steps
- Run hypothesis-driven testing loops with standardised experiments and clear kill criteria
- Audit attribution stack and create improvement plan to reach 85%+ coverage
- Manage advertising spend across Google and Meta using predictive ROI models
- Proven B2C subscription scaling experience with MRR growth accountability
- Strategic and hands-on expertise in ad platforms, data analysis, and ROI optimisation
- Technical knowledge of events, pixels, data pipelines, and attribution systems
- Experimentation-first approach with high testing velocity and competitor awareness
- Cross-functional collaboration skills across marketing, product, and engineering teams
