Your mission is to build and execute the demand engine across content, paid campaigns, lead magnets, and strategic partnerships. This is a hands-on 90-day sprint role focusing on making the category legible and converting qualified founders into recurring members.
- Build and execute category narrative across content, ads, and founder-led visibility
- Run paid campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn against targeted ICP filters
- Design lead magnets that filter for high-intent buyers
- Manage attribution from first touch to subscription conversion
- Coordinate founder-led LinkedIn content strategy
- Identify partnership opportunities with fractional CFOs, startup advisors, and accelerators
- Demand generation experience in professional services, B2B services, or subscription businesses
- Hands-on capability in Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Track record of building demand engines from zero
- Strong positioning and copywriting instincts
- Available during US business hours
