Fractional Chief Marketing Officer

The position involves advising founders and leadership teams while establishing marketing operations, performance metrics, and revenue-aligned systems. You'll work across multiple engagement models from ongoing fractional leadership to project-based strategy work and interim CMO roles.

• Advise leadership teams on marketing strategy, positioning, and go-to-market approach
• Build and optimise demand generation engines across digital, outbound, partnerships, and events
• Develop brand narrative, messaging, and content strategy for consistent market presence
• Lead digital marketing channels including SEO, paid media, email marketing, and automation
• Establish marketing KPIs, dashboards, and operating cadence for accountability
• Support product launches, pricing, packaging, and competitive positioning efforts

• Former or current CMO, VP Marketing, Head of Growth, or senior marketing leadership experience
• Experience working with startups, SMEs, or growth-stage companies
• Strong background in demand generation, brand strategy, and growth marketing
• Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or services business models preferred
• Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth
• Ability to manage both strategy and hands-on execution effectively
