We are seeking a visionary Marketing Officer to help shape the brand, fan engagement strategy, and growth trajectory of Chicago House AC. This role is ideal for a marketing leader who understands sports, storytelling, and community-driven brand building.
As an Advisory Board Member, you will help shape the future of a growing club that aims to be both competitively excellent and socially impactful. The position offers sweat equity compensation with optional investment opportunities for deeper strategic engagement.
- Advise on brand positioning, identity, and differentiation strategies
- Guide fan acquisition, engagement, and retention programmes
- Support digital, social, and content strategy development
- Develop sponsorship strategy and commercial partnerships
- Ensure marketing aligns with community engagement and club values
- Participate in advisory sessions providing strategic marketing insight
- CMO, marketing executive, or brand strategist experience
- Experience in sports, media, entertainment, or consumer brands
- Strong network across marketing, sponsorship, and media ecosystems
- Passion for storytelling, culture, and community impact through sport
- Understanding of sports industry dynamics and fan engagement
