Recruiting Coordinator [contract]

As a Recruiting Coordinator at Anthropic, you'll serve as the operational backbone of our talent acquisition efforts. You'll manage complex candidate scheduling across multiple stakeholders whilst ensuring every potential recruit experiences a seamless, supportive journey. This role combines high-volume coordination with strategic partnership, helping to continuously improve recruitment processes.

Working alongside our recruiting team, you'll navigate ambiguous situations and drive implementation of new candidate experience programmes. Your contribution directly supports Anthropic's mission to build safe, beneficial AI systems by helping assemble the talented team needed to achieve these goals.

• Schedule high-volume candidate interviews, debriefs, and reference checks across complex stakeholder calendars
• Serve as primary candidate contact, delivering warm and informative communication throughout their journey
• Identify and implement improvements to recruitment processes in collaboration with team members
• Drive creation of new candidate experience programmes that enhance talent acquisition efforts
• Navigate ambiguous situations with proactive problem-solving and strategic thinking

• 2+ years experience in high-volume scheduling, preferably in recruiting or talent acquisition
• Passion for creating exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences
• Excellent communication skills with ability to write friendly, informative emails
• Ability to excel in fast-paced environments with frequent requests and action items
• Proactive problem-solving skills in ambiguous situations with multiple solution generation
• Experience as strategic partner to recruiters, suggesting process improvements
