Take immediate ownership of lead generation and pipeline growth for a healthtech company. Decide on channel focus, build execution plans, and hold teams accountable for output and results. This role is ideal for a growth operator who has personally scaled lead generation and can quickly implement systems that produce measurable results.
The primary objective is to increase total weekly inbound leads by 30-50% within the first 90 days whilst establishing 2-3 reliable, scalable lead generation channels. You'll implement a weekly reporting system tied to leads, conversions, and cost per lead.
- Own and drive all lead generation efforts across the organisation
- Identify and prioritise 2-3 high-impact acquisition channels such as paid search or referral partnerships
- Develop clear execution plans for each channel and direct the team to implement
- Direct and manage the existing marketing team including digital marketing and business development
- Translate strategy into weekly execution plans with clear deliverables
- Implement and maintain a simple, transparent KPI dashboard for performance tracking
- Demonstrated experience personally driving measurable increases in lead volume
- Experience scaling at least one primary acquisition channel from low baseline to consistent output
- Experience operating in resource-constrained environments with small teams and limited budgets
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and referral-based growth
- Ability to quickly diagnose problems and implement practical solutions
