Fractional Chief Operating Officer

This role involves collaborating closely with the CEO to develop comprehensive business strategies, manage cross-functional teams, and implement scalable operational processes. You'll be responsible for evaluating performance metrics, addressing operational challenges, and fostering an environment of continuous improvement across all departments.

• Develop and implement operational policies that promote company culture and vision
• Oversee daily operational processes and ensure business-wide efficiency
• Collaborate with CEO on comprehensive performance and growth objectives
• Evaluate and improve operational and financial performance alignment
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure effective departmental communication
• Implement tracking systems for scaling metrics and operational performance

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred
• Proven experience in operational leadership role, preferably as COO
• Deep knowledge of operational principles, financial analysis, and strategic planning
• Exceptional ability to develop and implement scalable operational processes
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities
• Understanding of music industry and passion for its evolution
