Chief Medical Officer, Remote Fractional CMO Partner, Facial Aesthetic Medicine

Spire Group Inc. is seeking a visionary clinical leader to serve as founding Chief Medical Officer for a proprietary, AI-powered mobile clinical platform launching nationally. This ground-floor opportunity involves deploying the clinical infrastructure of an AI technology-driven aesthetic network focused on non-surgical facial treatments.

The role combines founding CMO responsibilities with equity partnership, offering the chance to set new national standards for provider-delivered neuromodulator and dermal filler care across a rapidly scaling platform.

• Maintain complete clinical protocol library for neuromodulator and dermal filler services
• Oversee credentialing, onboarding, and supervision of independent contractor aesthetic providers
• Maintain safety, complication management, and quality standards across all markets
• Serve as authoritative clinical voice in strategic, regulatory, and product decisions
• Collaborate with technical team on AI-assisted EHR and treatment documentation workflows
• Represent clinical integrity to partners, regulators, and provider community

• Facial Plastic Surgeon certified by ABFPRS or ABOHNS, or Oculoplastic Specialist certified by ASOPRS
• Aesthetic Dermatologist certified by ABD, or Cosmetic Medicine Physician with AAAM/ABCAM affiliation
• Demonstrated mastery of neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin) and dermal fillers as primary clinical discipline
• Deep command of facial anatomy for injectable treatment planning
• Track record of building clinical operations and scaling medical practices
