- Accelerate existing US presence by sharpening positioning and unlocking growth opportunities
- Identify areas where potential is being missed across channels, customers, or messaging
- Build clear, commercially grounded growth roadmaps for US market expansion
- Elevate integration between brand building and performance marketing strategies
- Apply strong US market lens whilst maintaining global brand integrity
- Provide senior marketing partnership to leadership team on strategic decisions
- Proven experience scaling brands in the US market, ideally within fashion or consumer sectors
- Deep understanding of balancing brand building with performance marketing
- Strong grasp of customer acquisition drivers and repeat purchase behaviour
- Ability to focus on high-impact initiatives whilst cutting through market noise
- Comfortable both setting strategic direction and pressure testing execution
- Experience working at senior marketing levels with leadership teams
