Seeking a fractional CMO to lead marketing strategy, budget, and team for a fast-growing D2C brand preparing for major product launches and expansion.

Job Details

This is not an advisory role but true senior marketing leadership. You will own the complete marketing strategy, budget, and team for a D2C consumer brand experiencing strong growth momentum. The position involves working embedded with founders and leadership, making strategic decisions and driving execution across all channels.

The role offers 3 days per week commitment with competitive day rate, starting in early July. This is an opportunity to shape the next phase of growth for a business with solid foundations preparing for major expansion.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategy across all channels
  • Plan and manage marketing budget allocation with performance tracking against growth targets
  • Oversee paid, organic, CRM, SEO, partnerships and content marketing channels
  • Lead internal marketing team and manage external agency relationships
  • Execute product launches and campaign planning from conception to delivery
  • Report directly to founders and senior stakeholders on marketing performance
Job Requirments
  • Senior marketing leadership experience in D2C or ecommerce environments
  • Proven track record scaling brands with £25M+ annual revenue
  • Strong commercial understanding of CAC, LTV and growth metrics
  • Experience leading marketing teams and managing agency partnerships
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, lean business environments
  • Confidence making strategic decisions whilst working closely with founders
