Fractional CMO/CSO

The business is advancing a preclinical platform focused on neuroscience and neuropsychiatry applications whilst preparing for clinical development activities, strategic partnerships and investor growth milestones.

The position suits an experienced MD or MD/PhD with strong expertise across translational medicine, clinical development and neuroscience drug development environments. This fractional advisory engagement offers equity-based opportunity with strong long-term upside potential and high visibility working directly with founders and leadership team.

• Support translational strategy and early clinical development planning
• Provide input into clinical trial design and development roadmap
• Shape scientific and medical direction alongside founders and advisors
• Collaborate cross functionally across scientific, technical and operational teams
• Support investor discussions and broader strategic growth initiatives
• Provide leadership across early stage development and execution activities

• MD or MD/PhD qualification
• Strong neuroscience or neuropsychiatry experience
• Experience taking therapeutics through clinical development
• Background within biotech, pharma or high growth healthcare environments
• Strong understanding of translational medicine and early stage development
• Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands on when needed
