Fractional Chief Marketing Officer — Red Light Therapy / Commercial Wellness Equipment

This senior marketing role requires directing comprehensive marketing strategy for commercial-grade red light therapy equipment. You will translate marketing initiatives into measurable pipeline growth and closed revenue while working directly with the COO. The position demands ownership of lead generation systems, brand positioning, and channel development across wellness industry verticals.

This is not a generalist position. You need proven experience in the red light therapy or photobiomodulation industry, with direct experience marketing to medspas, chiropractic practices, hospitality wellness centres, gyms, recovery facilities, and longevity clinics. The role requires immediate impact with minimal ramp-up time.

• Create comprehensive lead generation systems that fill sales pipeline and drive revenue growth
• Direct brand positioning strategy, ICP messaging, and paid media campaigns across Google and Meta platforms
• Build and manage channel marketing programmes including wholesale partnerships, independent representative networks, and dealer relationships
• Develop trade show strategy and execute event marketing initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment with internal marketing, sales, operations, finance teams, and executive leadership
• Manage marketing budget decisions and performance accountability across all channels

• Red light therapy or photobiomodulation industry experience with proven marketing or sales track record at manufacturer or distributor level
• Direct experience marketing and selling into at least three target verticals: medspas, chiropractic practices, hospitality spas, gyms, recovery centres, or longevity clinics
• Proven experience owning lead generation strategy and budget decisions with measurable performance results
• Full-stack revenue leadership experience managing both marketing and sales functions as integrated operations
• Experience building or scaling dealer and independent representative networks in wellness equipment
• HubSpot proficiency for pipeline management and customer relationship systems
