Fractional CFO

As a Fractional CFO, you'll own strategic finance for a portfolio of US clients across home services, construction, and healthcare industries. Your mission is to equip clients with financial insights needed to grow their business and achieve goals. You'll translate accounting data into strategic decisions, providing fast feedback on financial performance and clear paths forward. This role allows clients to play business on offence rather than defence.

The position offers dedicated team support including staff accountant, senior accountant, tax specialist, and client success manager, plus founder access via Slack. You'll maintain proactive client communication through weekly touchpoints during cleanup phases, monthly CFO reporting, and quarterly tax planning sessions.
