Fractional CFO

This role involves serving multiple clients across various industries, providing strategic financial guidance, managing accounting teams, and supporting critical business functions including fundraising, M&A activity, and operational decision-making. The position offers complete flexibility with remote work and self-determined schedules whilst maintaining high-quality client service delivery.

• Serve as trusted financial advisor providing strategic insights and solutions to clients
• Manage multiple client relationships and accounting staff to ensure timely delivery
• Design and produce financial reporting including statements, KPI tracking, and board reports
• Prepare and maintain financial models, forecasts, and cash flow projections
• Oversee GAAP accounting and ensure documented processes and policies
• Advise on business strategy including capital planning, fundraising, and corporate structure

• Proven experience as CFO or senior finance leader in startup/scale-up environment
• Strong expertise in financial modelling, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Experience with fundraising processes, investor relations, and due diligence
• Knowledge of GAAP accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
• Strategic mindset with capability to advise on business planning and execution
