This fractional CFO role focuses on delivering strategic financial leadership across multiple client engagements within Keiter CPAs' accounting and finance services division. You'll work as a W-2 employee with flexible commitment levels based on project scope and client requirements.
The position combines remote work flexibility with on-site collaboration at both the firm's office and client locations. You'll join a respected team led by finance professionals with over 50 years of combined experience, supported by 200+ professionals including 90 CPAs across the full-service firm.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
- Oversee cash flow and liquidity planning
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership and boards
- Oversee or collaborate with accounting teams to improve processes
- Provide guidance during transitions such as M&A or restructuring
- Extensive CFO or senior finance leadership experience
- Strong expertise in financial planning and analysis
- Knowledge of GAAP and compliance requirements
- Experience with financial modelling and scenario analysis
- Audit oversight and regulatory compliance experience
- Ability to work flexibly across multiple client engagements
