- Lead monthly and quarterly financial review meetings with business owners
- Develop and monitor annual budgets and rolling forecasts for construction clients
- Perform WIP calculations and analyse construction-specific financial metrics
- Coach leadership teams on financial literacy and decision-making processes
- Create comprehensive budgets and track key performance indicators
- Support improvements in profitability, cash flow, and operational efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 8-10 years progressive accounting experience in construction industry
- 5-10 years senior financial leadership experience as CFO in construction
- Expert-level experience with WIP calculations and construction job costing
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office suite
- Strong experience with QuickBooks and construction ERP systems
