Fractional CFO

Join our expanding fractional CFO services firm as we support startups and SMEs across diverse industries. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to our client portfolio, working with cutting-edge companies through transformation, growth initiatives, fundraising rounds, and acquisition activities. This role combines strategic advisory work with hands-on financial leadership.

You'll be the primary client contact ensuring exceptional service delivery while leading teams or providing strategic guidance depending on engagement scope. Our clients span technology, SaaS, professional services, construction, manufacturing, ecommerce, healthcare, and fintech sectors.

• Develop and execute comprehensive finance strategies with CEOs and executive teams
• Prepare and maintain sophisticated financial models, forecasts, and cash flow projections
• Manage budgetary processes and analyse performance against budget targets
• Support fundraising activities and mergers & acquisitions processes
• Oversee month-end close procedures and financial reporting packages
• Establish robust accounting processes and internal control systems

• 15-20 years of accounting and finance experience with several years as full-time CFO
• Bachelor's degree required, CPA licence or MBA strongly preferred
• Proven strategic leadership experience as CEO's trusted advisor
• Extensive experience building financial forecasts and cash flow models
• Track record leading M&A activities including due diligence and valuation
• Hands-on proficiency with accounting systems including NetSuite and Excel
